About Collier Bookkeeping

I didn’t set out to become a “bookkeeper.”

My background is in working alongside law firms—supporting attorneys, managing the details behind the scenes, and helping keep things organized so they can focus on their clients.

Over the years, I saw the same issue come up again and again:

Bookkeeping—especially trust accounting—was either unclear, inconsistent, or pushed aside because there simply wasn’t time to deal with it properly.

And to be fair, most attorneys were never taught how to manage it in the first place.

That’s where I come in.

I specialize in bookkeeping for law firms, with a particular focus on trust and IOLTA account management. This isn’t just about keeping the books clean—it’s about making sure everything is accurate, properly tracked, and compliant.

Trust accounts require a different level of precision.  Three-way reconciliations, individual client ledgers, proper handling of transfers—these aren’t things you want to “figure out as you go.”

My goal is to bring clarity and structure to that process so it’s no longer something you have to worry about.

My approach is straightforward:

 - Keep things accurate, keep them organized, and make sure everything ties out the way it should.

 - No unnecessary complexity. No guesswork.

 - Just clean, reliable financials and confidence that things are being handled correctly.
